Buy 1.6 gallon (only) flushing toilets - Pro Flow makes one (sold by Ferguson and their housebrand) and also I'd highly recommend Toto - they make a Drake ADA model Dont ask me how I know ha - In college years I worked at my relatives plumbing warehouse and have a couple friends that own a plumbing business so have learned - also learned way more than I anticipated once I bought our present business.

A service dog is covered under the ADA and you cannot enforce restrictions without violating that.

You have every right to require her to prove she has a disability, under this act, that requires a service dog.You would be required to allow a service dog, to someone who is disabled under the ADA, if they asked for a reasonable accommodation for their disability.
