Let me give you an example; a 1 family house in one of the nicest areas in Montevideo (Capital) go from anywhere in the 150k to the 500k and even higher.On the other hand a piece of land by the shore side [Costa de Oro] (Lots of tourism) goes from 10k to 40k cash.To build a nice place to rent out is not that expensive either, you can build a 3 or so small apartments maybe 2B/1B for about 10k, or you can buy Steel Framing prefabs from 5k to 30k depending on sizes and deals.Now for the good part.

Terroist nuke Isreal.Some pandemicany of these things could lead to a quote un quote bubble.on the west coast in the 70's it was wind down of Viet nam.. war spending stoppedMinnie bubble in middle 80's was interest rate crises IE 20% rates for home mortgages1989 in CA WAr and Loma Preita Earthquake .. values in SF dropped 50% in many areas.did not recover 1987 values until 1998.. then the dot com.. that was kind of more like the air being let out.. did not last long..

Hello Nate,Well, in Scotland, lodges and log cabins are extremely popular destinations for tourists, and apparently (although I'm still researching this) the UK domestic tourism industry is predicted to grow by 3% over this coming year due to the fact many nationals are not leaving the country for security and monetary reasons - fortunately, in Scotland, regardless of the weather, people are always renting log cabins and lodges.
