Once you have that solid data, I would be happy to plug it into my VR rental performa and see what it all looks like for you.

Unfortunately most VR require 20% and it is hard to come up with.

Currently own 1 VR in Big Bear while managing 6 others and looking to buy a 2nd place somewhere in SoCal area. 

I've used Wordpress in the past and chose to go with Wix for our VR website.  

A porn film producer was going through a divorce and she knew a contact through the bank who knew she had the cash to get it done.

It's such a hot niche, it's a shame not to have a category for VR , Short Term Rental Investors to search, and for sellers to list under.

I converted one of my properties from a 2nd home to a VR with no issues, rolling it over to a LLC and insuring it as such.  

If I paid a PM even 10% of my gross income on my VR's, it would be enough for a down payment on another property, if 20%, I could buy 2 more properties.

We have just recently sold the first property for which we will be looking near the coast to diversify our VR strategy a bit more and allow us yet another favorite place to vacation a few weeks a year.
