Hi all,My husband Adam and I are moving forward with real estate investing. he is a stay at home dad, just recovered from back surgery, ready to do more remodeling.

For example, if you needed surgery, would you start medical school?

Honestly the last 6 months of my life have been so crazy, not knowing when roommates are going to pay and then I had just gotten shoulder surgery so I wasn’t able to work full time and that really put me in a bind.

It's not brain surgery, it's just laying tile.

@Manda Gouvion I first started thinking about real estate 3 years ago while I was laid up recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery.

I have my house in GA waiting on me to return home after I'm done helping Mom recover from knee surgery (and one next year).

And when I was just an investor contracting agents I hired people via specialty, I had different agents on buy then sale because it's different, you don't go to a pediatrician for brain surgery right. 

If I were to have heart surgery, I would interview several heart surgeons.If I wanted to have some one sell my house, i would interview several top agents.If I wanted to know the cost of a re hab,  ask someone that has done over 2700 flips andthat is the bets advice I can give anyone on here!

It is true that Home Warranty companies sometimes go through an overly cautious repair period prior to replacement....just like your doctor may send you to physical therapy before he elects for surgery.
