Hypothetically, I could sell all my rentals and put the equity into something different, such as an RV Park/storage, self-storage, mulit-family, mid-term rentals . . .Bottom line, I would love any advice anyone has to offer. 

If you didn't have your stuff in a cold storage, it's your fault at this point.

As hard as it is (and I've been in your shoes), you have to work on getting her out ASAP. 

New home, car, bikes, etc....on top of that moving in with a girlfriend and what it seems to be a new relationship this is going 1000 miles an hour.If I was in your shoes, I would be completely honest and level with him as a man.
