I do not know how much you read or educate yourself about REI, but I would recommend you start by checking the tab on THIS website, up there that says EDUCATION and scroll down to books and get BUSY.

@David Panzera, if you go to your profile, and scroll down to the bottom, there is a link to your post.The name of your Blog is David Panzera's Investor & Landlord Blog, and it shows up when you search on the entire blog name.Since your name isn't in the title of the post, it won't show up in a search of your name.

(apologies if there is already an option for this that I missed)Currently I need to scroll down, (typically twice) to see the relevant content which is just one sentence containing the title/subject in a link.I know it's relatively minor, almost nitpicking...but when there is a large number messages to go through, it makes a big difference in the workflow.
