Is the ole yellow letter with red ink thing really the best way to go about it or could I try blue ink?

As to being dishonest when buying a home from a little ole lady at 150 off.

I doubt it because you're dealing with regular ole people who just want to sell there home and other people who just want to buy a home.

The whole idea of a Yellow Letter is the presentation of the  "Good Ole Guy" approach unlike the  "Corporate America" approach.

I won't go on, it will be another week of reading for ole Dev, LOL Wholesaling is no easier than other strategies, most all are very simple in the process, it's the application of the right strategy to the circumstance that folks need to learn to apply. :)   

Although this sounds all nice and touchy-feely...let's not forget that you're taking $$, and hence food and rent, out of the hands of capable people right here in the good ole USA.

I was also surprised as I was not aware of that. ya the ole wholesaling debate..
