Typically people use a bridge loan, their own cash, or a line of credit to close it the first time and then go to the second closing.

If you get stuck on a step look at the step that comes next and figure out how to bridge that gap.

Why not be a bridge for them.

I am thinking what you are saying is will they work with a bridge loan and that answer is yes. 

A double close used to require a bridge loan and may still in your state but in Texas it is typically done seamlessly on the same day.

I know @Austin Hendrickson and can vouch that he would be a good connection to bridge your two worlds.

If that is the case, work with that lender to get over that bridge or find a different lender.
