Excuses like the Patriot Act/ Homeland Security holding the money up, or excuses like the traders forgot signatures, or expired passports, all of those lame excuses so you do not get paid.

I don't know if I should ask for prorated charges or not because it sounds greedy since nobody lives at the property.

The gentleman that referenced greed is he renting his units out at cost only because he is just giving back to society?
