In one market I am in I have a website setup via channel manager about 18 months ago and have no clue on SEO and only made about 12 Facebook posts in the last year BUT 42% of my bookings for all 3 properties came from my website. 

There will never be a "perfect deal" in my mind, but something that works best for them at that time, and something they have the upmost confidence in is ideal.
