Maybe you dont consider bots as AI ...Financial advisers and stock traders ,just 15 years ago they were required, not the case any more.

I'm a long-term investor, not a trader of bonds.

It's a traders market right now.  

Unless you are a very experienced swing/day trader, you should be mentally prepared to play the longer term game on any funds put in this market (or in other words ready to let your money sit for 3+ years) and even ready to average down.

This past year was all about learning a new trade (real estate). 

I JV'd with my business partner who put in years of hard work to develop the relationships with loan traders on Wall Street.There are experienced note investors who will JV with you.

I've read court cases where IRS argued that "book keeping and research" was not a business activity but an investor activity when a day trader lost 100k in the stock market.  

It wont by my spirits though thanks to BP.BTW: Make sure you check out the Trader Joes that opened up I Plano, I hear they have great stuff!

For ex. if you want a property that generates rental of 1500 or 2000$ rentals monthly, then its better to have atleast a million dollar in your pocket.
