Ominous things are happening across the country zoning wise and the competition is exploding. take a lot of the happy thoughts on this form with many grains of salt and spend sometime reading the last few months of posts on the short term rental and you may understand a lot better.

Looking for SFH lenders in Salt lake county...

Our real estate agent believes that it should easily get around $250,000 in a few years (although I take most predictions with a grain of salt).At this point, my gut says that unless something major comes up for the estimates on the conversion, we will probably convert it and plan on selling in a few years.

Anyone in Tooele, West Valley, Salt Lake, Sugarhouse, Ogden, etc. areas have any tips for finding deals?
