The other day my real estate agent was on the phone with the listing agent and I heard him say the sellers probably wouldn’t entertain any offer with out a 5 in it meaning $500k and up.

As a self-defense measure, we are examining our resident’s employment, looking to see how many of our residents work in the hospitality, entertainment, restaurant and airline industries so that we are aware of our exposure to future rent defaults by residents employed in industries most likely to see job/hour cuts.  

I think with the lack of sports and entertainment, the BP message boards should get fairly active.

But are lower rates usually entertained by folks with money?

People are not going to fly much, especially for entertainment.
