Im new to real estate and Im looking to get started in real estate investing and I am looking for someone to help me out in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

I'm currently in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

I looked at houston/dallas ft. work, austin, but decide that I would like to be within driving distance of my investment.

I guess you can say its the cowboy mentality lol.

But keep in mind, I'm investing in Dallas and Arlington, where appreciation is expected to be 5-6% annually for the next few years.

Hi guys, I'm new to the BP. been to the sheriff auction in Dallas few times and bought couple of properties through the sheriff sale (the ones behind their taxes - most of the cases start with TX-)I have seen some cases were won through civil court being sold through the sheriff and im kinda confused a bit in this regard.my questions are:1-I have seen By Virtue of order of sale and By Virtue of writ of execution what is the difference between them if I win at the auction?

I'm looking for recommendations for an attorney in Texas (preferably in the Dallas area) who specializes in real estate?
