The ones who bought 3/4 units in good area $500k+ buildings did great, these ran with no issues, rents increased/appreciated.

While I think I might have paid slightly above the average price, I’m happy with the installation and impressed with how quickly the installers resolved the issue.

However, it was not something that we planned on and I did not have any sort of communication prior to with that particular poster planning to highlight their services.

There i a bit of research that needs to be completed early on in order to get a good judgement on the feasibility of this; from there, the "Official" way to ensure you could pursue this would be to request a "Zoning Opinion Letter" to receive an Official decision from the Department of Zoning in order to ensure this will not cause any issues during your permit review. 

I think that's a great approach I have a lot of clients who self manage have no issues at all.

My biggest issue is just choosing a place I want to live with a solid market for real estate.

If that's your only issue, then you should be OK. 

It might be wise to remove the listing, and relist as a brand new place now that you have a solid cleaner.Some of the comments show that the paint has issues etc.
