I also gave them to a couple of mail carriers I saw in the neighborhoods and told them I would pay them a finders fee for leads we closed on vacant houses or any house they thought might be in a situation where it needs to be sold.The great part about real estate investing is that it comes in so many different shapes and sizes.

Two different issues between mail carriers and city/county employees.Postal employees can not give out the names who may reside at an address, they can say if an address exists or if a property has no mail service, meaning a vacant property.

Unless the tenants are living in high-end apartments in a fairly large building, I think any type of internet service (fee based or not) will be challenging to profitably maintain for a long period of time.If we, as landlords, offer internet service, we have essentially become value added resellers of the utility provider (i.e. your ISP or carrier).

They tend to be processing, appraisal, draw, underwriting, carrier, etc named "fees" , all unnecessary.
