Container homes are some of the biggest novelties right now and people love staying in them and posting about it on social media.Right,  I have seen some really great options on social media that are very  aesthetically appealing.

In a neighborhood like North Park, however, focusing on aesthetics/trendiness and minimizing the “cheap” feeling commonly associated with manufactured homes will be critical to your success.With that in mind, I would think this strategy would be better suited for more blue collar neighborhoods/markets where housing affordability is paramount to renters’ decisions, but I don’t know enough about the quality/price of available manufactured units to say that definitively.

So they weren't being sold because of excessive neglect, the owners were ready to retire and had kept them up functionally, just maybe not aesthetically.  

As an engineer I am lacking the aesthetic part of building.

My favorite part about this process was being able to fix-up the home and make it an aesthetic and cozy place that people want to spend their vacation in.
