I guess timing of the roof in other states comes down to how harsh the climate is there.The heat does prematurely bake roofs here but we are lucky to get an inch of snow a year so the cold is not an issue really.

These were 12 inch square, and I had them installed with a diamond pattern.

I have lived in 2 homes that had 2.5 to 3 inch wide solid hardwood, one was maple, one was oak, and in both cases the gaps would open up and collect a lot of gunk.  

It's an HP Spectre X360 15 inch with quite a bit of storage and memory.

Later on, I found the cement floors in the furnace room sank about 1/2 inch, and most likely caused by water washing away the earth underneath the cement slab.

We work hard and inch by inch we see a tad... the big wad goes somewhere.  

The 2-3 inch pvc drain line shouldn't be that big of a deal.

I’d consider putting up a wood fence on your property, an inch or two from the existing fence.

BTW a page killer is a 5 column x 12 inch or so ad.
