There were newly listed properties that were worth looking at and most often properties that had been listed for awhile. 

A property is only worth what people can afford to pay for it. 

If they are at $260 per sqft, then that is what it is worth.

There is more headache and maintenance than some other strategies, but the ROI to me is worth it.that's awesome- thank you for sharing.
