@Gary Thao keeping with the theme of this post - I would roll over on this.

Their are two common themes that I always see. 1.

I do believe redevelopment will eventually get there, maintain the Haitian Culture "Theme" and be a wonderful addition to the other beautiful areas Miami has to offer.
