Standard yellow letters or are you looking for something more unique?

Hi, I've heard a few times while listening to the podcast that there is a company that will write and mail yellow letters.

Fortunately, I am now in a financial position, which affords me the opportunity to attempt to direct mail specific targeted area/homes, out of state heirs, divorces, etc and would like some detailed feedback and commentary about certain specific steps of the process, and not just the general process as whole.I plan on attempting to send yellow letters, professional letters, postcards, and also follow up letters to owners in my target area, and specific homes that I see when driving around that look like they would be appealing to me.

When filling out a Yellow Letter order, do we need to specify which address to send the letters to anywhere?

We have our regular cards that we use for networking, but we got some bright yellow 'WE BUY HOUSES' ones printed and use those for door to door marketing.  

I'm actually having a tough time finding lined yellow paper 8.5x11 that is thick enough not to jam a printer, so I'm leaning towards the unlined paper which is easier to find.
