Hi Cedric,The book changed my life but the free seminar still left a very sour taste in my mouth.After attending various personal development and business seminars world wide by the likes of Harv Eker and Tony Robbins to name a few I have never witnessed a harder and pushier sale that the Rich Dad one.It was very upsetting to see to be honest with you.The content wasn't that special either.

Most people will not tell you how they make their money, and I think a landlord would get upset if a tenant asks how you make your money.

They don't understand why your upset at them or have it in the lease, to keep the place clean, when they think it's totally reasonable to have each room, full of worthless junk, in a house that their kids live in.Where does it come from?

The Tenant may move if they get upset, however, when they go to look for a new place they are likely to only find places for $800, as long as they aren't more modern than yours, there is no reason to leave.When I bought my first place, it was a 6-unit multi-family, going rates are about $475 to $500 in my area and an old lady that has been there for 40+ years was paying $305.

When I was 18, it would be cheapest rent possible, college it was finding a nice place, but when they would send the renewal letters with a slight rent increase, I felt upset and had no clue back then that they were running a business and their expenses increase.
