The more marketing you do, the more random/unkind/hostile and just plain bizarre responses you're going to get.Keep at it, I had a wonderful conversation with a seller yesterday, and it has potential to turn into a great deal!

What do you guys think of that remark?  

I do apologize if my previous remark came across as snarky -- I do get a little passionate when IMHO I see other investors potentially getting ripped off.I think what it really comes down to is that you and I have a fundamental difference in belief over what is fair or reasonable (perhaps this is because of the regions we are familiar with).

The constant negative remarks are... hard to swallow.

Wow a remarkably long name.

I have taught at the college and university level, if you'd visit the site you'd see it's not guru stuff, no fluff, no puffing, just hard core educational materials, of course with much less condescending and insulting remarks, LOL.

I'd rather have a subjectively nominally derogatory remark made about one of my posts than waste 10 minutes of my time on some ********t craigslist post.In other news stop running around acting offended and thinking you get extra browny points for being poor.
