Can the ins co underwrite your purchase for less than what they specified on the initial application because of some "flaw" or whatever they find- esp now knowing they're insuring an ash heap?

If you decide on changing color, painting just the inside of the cabinets is a lot easier and the flaws are less visible.

The ONLY thing I've seen as a website flaw that many web master miss is pagination control for physical paper, but that needs a coding change in the website page it self to avoid orphan text or beginning a paragraph and having only one line at the bottom of the pageCSS 13.3.1 Page break properties: 'page-break-before', 'page-break-after', 'page-break-inside'IMO this is totally a non-issue compared to getting file you can take with you for personal study & reference. 

Any floor joist should be replaceable assuming you have it uncovered (if you can see it, I assume it is uncovered).

Our inspection uncovered that the smoke detectors were battery powered.

If what you say is true about your possible profit, you may have uncovered a gem.

I don't know from experience though so my theory might be flawed.  

But a title search will uncover any issues.
