With a $60/mo HOA(external maintenance not included with the exception of fencing) and 6.5% interest rate, my monthly mortgage (with taxes, insurance, HOA, etc)  will be around 2600/mo.

I like long walks on the beach, fine dining and travel....woops!

My husband and I are planning on putting one the rooms in our house on airbnb, either as a short term or medium term rental for travel Healthcare workers and such.

But I do have it listed on MLS for LTR, I’d much rather a short term guest though - since I’m so close to college and university hospital, I’d hope for students or traveling medical professionals. 

There are a lot of traveling medical professionals for this area as well.

This works best when the seller doesn't really use this account for traveling purposes or have other listings on it. 

Anyone has experience doing mid-term rental in this SA for travel nurses?

I've traveled up and down the east coast visiting other management companies learning how to continually get better.I genuinely want to be seen as a partner for our landlords.

I've been researching out-of-state investments for a bit and never got around to travelling out that way to check things out myself.
