You could request to investigate the possibility that there is too much noise transmission between the units and have an associate of yours walk around normally upstairs while you listen to the noise downstairs.

If they are not a guarantor we politely tell them we cannot discuss the lease with them as they are not our tenant.Looking out longer term, thing are a little more fluid.1) We have several student houses/units turning over this summer - normally we have all of these relet prior to students leaving for the summer, but traffic is understandably way down.

I told him even though earlier we discussed talking it over when you get back with the situation being so fluid right now I’d like you to have it in hand that way you’re informed on any changes (cost of rent will be going up) and have it signed by the first seeing as his lease is up at the end of this month and will need to sign my lease for a year term or go month to month.

Start looking at thousands of retail properties a week and high levels deals and then people can gain fluid knowledge of the retail space.The cold belt retail states are likely to be hardest hit where they might have more sit down in urban core at inflated rents per foot.
