I was thinking about saving more what amount would you think would be a sweet spot to have saved ?

I offered the tenant a new 1 year lease at $950 per month thinking that was a pretty sweet deal.

Called the County Recorder's Office and she was super sweet, but had no idea which department had that information.

And you have to recapture depreciation.So it's not as sweet a deal as it was in 08.

Although I know the population and crime statistics say one thing, that's just the surface, if you look into our market you can find the sweet spots and do very well!

4 units are a pretty sweet pick up....Thing is 30 year notes are going to require 2 years of tax returns as a self employed contractor so I'd either look at getting another job to get that loan or bunkering down for the next 2 years.
