Sweep it around on the carpet to let it settle in and then vacuum lightly.

You can do it yourself or find a local chimney sweep/dryer exhaust company.The one I use near me does the chimney Inspection and dryer exhaust cleaning for about $135

The teller slip from the transaction is the tenant's receipt.If you wanted to be especially prudent, could sweep the money out of that account each month into another "private" account, but I don't see how an unscrupulous tenant could withdraw money from the account. 

You could offer to hunt down deals, handle mailings, run errands, sweep floors, or whatever.
