They have to buy data, wait to recieve it, process it and then upload it all at the same time via an update.

There are a few in my area that I keep an eye on to see how successful they might be and I’m always looking for properties with potential to be something grand.

We also used PenFed, and they offer a fast HELOC…not sure how long they are now, but the process was smooth.  

I found the son on Facebook and sent a quick intro giving my condolences, expressed my interest in purchasing the property, and provided my phone # in case he decides to follow up.I'm in the process of preapproval with a couple lenders, and have reached out to a couple realtors in my area to see which may be a good fit.

I'm at the very starting phase of this process.
