These are things they need immediately and may save them a trip to the store.Other things are subtle hints for taking care of the home during their tenancy.

Otherwise, it's a "harmless" water vapor not FDA regulated way of taking in flavored nicotine. 

Also, keep in mind, it may not be the seller, it can be the appraiser, they are human and they come in different flavors, I know it is a "science" but, this science has taken us though a series of ups and downs, so do not be discouraged by the provider, if you are satisfied with them to this point, if this is a questionable event, as part of either recurring events int he transaction, it may be time to exit.

I was incredulous, and young (and not so subtle), and asked what happened - he didn't really understand the question, until I elaborated.

I would like to ask for advice on how to start moving from a developing ability for general market analysis to more subtle sub-market analysis. 

Clay soil, tons of predators, heat waves that fry the veggies on the vine, and Fire Season - thin skinned flesh picks up the flavor, and it is Not a pleasant one....but, it's so rewarding watching something survive all that because you helped!
