I attribute almost everything I learned and getting my business off the ground to joining up with the FI Team early on.

I'm curious if anyone has any success stories or what they did so they would stand out to some of these divorce attorneys.

However there are many unique ways you can stand out.

I am guessing they'll attribute it to some clerical error if I ask them directly.

I don't necessarily think you need to do the same thing, but you may have to figure out how to make your house stand out if you don't get tenants right away.

She has a very creative think outside the box approach to help find what you want and submit offers that stand out.

Not saying on occasion you would find a standout but for the most part predicting future SEV is impossible. 

While the area doesn't have the same growth rate or potential as some other areas of the city (such as the I-35 corridor between San Antonio and Austin), it has some positive attributes that make it a good place for buy-and-hold investors.Shaenfield Place is less than a mile outside San Antonio's outer loop (1604), allowing easy access to one of the city's main thoroughfares. 

Just compare it to something that has the same basic attributes but then just be careful about building that was done outside of code.

So I'm wondering what yall ("you all" for the yankees) do to stay competitive and stand out in your markets.
