IE I have a partner that will buy it when in fact you don't and your hoping to flip it to someone you probably have never met.. so you start the transaction off with a fib.. and its hard to come back when your put on the spot.. some folks are born ********ters and can work right through that no problem because they could careless what the seller thinks.. others would be sensitive to this as I think you are and have learned... best to be straight up I would have a written doc outlining your process that they sign.. so there is no confusion and you don't get accused of being a pimp.

I'm not very sensitive to price, other than I don't like to mess with stuff under $100k, just value. 

Any sensitive tenant data for example shouldn't be shared with an intern, and I'd be hesitant to send an intern to inspect the interior of a property without a staffed escort

B lenders are equity lenders, LTV is location sensitive and offer a 1 year term renewable.

I know I’m not supposed to let feelings come into play, and it’s just numbers, but I’m especially sensitive to it today.  

Per FICO guidelines it should only count as one inquiry and do far less damage, so I am extra sensitive about credit effects.

With the help of these forums, I built a model that sensitivity tests MAO as function of capital structure, DSCR constraints, and cash flow per door thresholds.

Do you find that this is very time-sensitive?
