I recently started a new role where I am scrubbing in for surgical valve replacement.

Typically the requirement for unit cleaning is that it be returned in 'broom clean' condition, not scrubbed and mopped. 

They scrub STR data and aggregate it into useful information and charts. 

I want a name that a well-scrubbed hustling rube with a little taste would love. 

My county has filters where you can filter to multifamily, and then scrub what you find manually to see how long it’s been owned, any permits pulled, etc. reaching out to your county for records wouldn’t be a bad idea either.

long story short - scrub the whole house with vinegar water. then paint ceiling to floor with killz primer 2-3 times. remove any and all carpet.
