There is alot of room for error and you can still have great success

There is no room for error in this process, so it is crucial to work closely with an exchange agent.

I left the fields in for you, but check the formulas out for any of those fields with errors in them.  

Definitely take a look at the real estate rookie podcast and am also a huge fan of the On the Market podcast for more real estate related things.

If they don't have a good explanation then tell them they will need to make up for their error or file a claim against their errors & omissions insurance.

i'm a long distance investor with 13 units in chicago. i love the bp real estate podcast, 2nd is the wiire podcast, 3rd would be the bp real estate rookie podcast. for books i've pretty much stuck with the bp books also. 

Be sure you understand the tax benefits and the errors that are often made that limit those tax benefits or come back to bite.
