I own a large rescue dog that doesn't like people so a house hack for me means separate units.

If you would pay off HML in a rescue, you might consider loaning the whole thing because in a sense, you are “tying up the money” for the 1st in case it goes sideways.

Also keep in mind flipping houses is cash intensive and not something you want to do when your under capitalized nothing ever goes perfect or as planned so you need reserves to be able to rescue yourself when you have an issue.

I'm thinking whether we will see similar Lehman's collapse and whether there will be "too big too fail" so gov. has to rescue their friend, and QE will be restarted..... this is especially true for bank that's financing company like Coinbase/Celcius/any crypto company.Also my bet is if tomorrow's oil price goes back to $80 (like it always happened) then suddenly everything is back to normal.

So we all have to be honest those of us that did foreclosure rescue did not do it for the sake of the owners we did it as a business model for profit and if the by product was helping an owner thats OK.. but lets be real here..

Now I'm stuck in Albuquerque waiting for a maintenance "rescue" team.Ugh, I can't stand sitting idle.
