I don't think that's an unreasonable request after two days.

Typically, the easiest way to verify this is to request additional documentation.

You send the background check request through Keycheck and it sends the guest a link to pay for it.

They won't assign tasks to vendors unless owners have money - and expect owners to proactively view their portals to see requests - and depend on automation to get their attention.

However, it’s important to price competitively and be prepared for buyers to request concessions.

I know this was my mistake for not getting them before sending the money he requested (he'd done a couple rehabs for me before and it wasn't an issue). 

I was busy and didn’t reply immediately, and now they’re saying they’ll withhold rent until I address their requests.
