Hello everyone,I have been given 15 day extension to show an effort to do repairs on a large SFH that now has a unlawful detainer/former tenant who has been found subleasing, damaging the property and preventing contractors from entering.

Does anybody know where I could find a potential GC? Is there any good websites or apps? I used the app thumbtack in the past but the list of GCs on that app is very small.

If I could offer one key piece of advice, it would be to focus on building your CORE 4: a great realtor, contractor, attorney, and property manager.
