Landlording is hard on the mind psychologically not so much technically .

The whole thing in my opinion is ridiculous... any quack on the internet with a masters degree in psychology can issue an ESA letter from anywhere in the country to a "patient" they've never met so they can bring their cats and snakes into my properties without paying additional deposits or pet rents.

Though a difficult read, it has been a fascinating read for a psychology buff like me. 

From a psychology perspective, you are creating competition and a feeling that the unit would be rented soon thus placing a tenant quicker.
