Reliability of Regrid Zoning InformationIs the zoning data provided by Regrid accurate and up-to-date for development planning?

@Edwing Hernandez Lots of unsupported claims...same story with Roofstock...nothing like getting on camera and claiming you have a magic formula but no evidence of what's in the potion....they want you to go on faith alone, I guess...

Again, this is only based on info you provided so there could be a lot more to the story for the good or bad but I can only comment on what was provided. not sure many are thinking rates are going to drop much in the next year.. seems like one would want to know how much they need to drop to see if the plan will work before putting good money after bad.

There's so much growth potential in Columbus Ohio and the best way I can characterize this market is it provides good positive cash flow but amazing appreciation potential.
