A shrewd business owner looking at the opportunity to buy on a 6.25% interest loan when the prevailing rate is 7.25% may gladly bring 25% down and be tickled pink here.  

Sorry to hear that Steve and thanks for bravely sharing that with others here on BP.I too lost everything back in 2002-2003 (even became homeless and had to move back to my parent's house and live in my old bedroom which of course, my mom painted lavender and pink!) 

They either don't or can't talk to the people that they're closest with about what they do.Almost like soldiers stepping out of line, reminds me of that Pink Floyd song/music video We Don't Need No Education.Thanks again!
