@Marcos Carbi timing the market is notoriously difficult (and research generally shows that even experts who try to time the market usually get it wrong).My philosophy is: If the property pencils out right now, and fits within your goals, then waiting for future market changes seems silly.

Meditations would be a book I'd recommend to everyone I know because I'm a huge fan of the Stoic philosophy - it's not a book about real estate investing though just to point that out - I got the Gregory Hays version and really enjoyed reading it.

My philosophy is; renting to tenants is a business, should be treated like a business where service is provided and if a landlord hates doing repairs and dealing with tenants then get out of the business.Sorry, but they need to take the word 'lord' out of rental property ownership. i always tell my tenants I am the Property Owner or Building Owner.
