There are so many calculations to run to see what is the best option, most importantly is probably your ROE (return on equity), to see if that equity would be working hard enough for you.

If you're looking for higher ROE then consider Professional Management to handle your holdings so you still buy time. 2% is great but the appreciation upside isn't as likely so you'd have to buy at a discount to refinance and get your funds back in a few years.
