Im not sure what would benifit me the most right now since im just starting out. is there any specific questions that a veteran investor would ask if you were in my position. im trying to find some help so i feel more confident in myself when i get there and dont sound like i dont know anything. i have been reading books on rental properties also read the art of war and im ready to overcome my fears and jump in.

The 2nd can usually be over come with pricing it is just sellers don't want to admit that their house with the train tracks in the backyard isn't worth the same as the similar house 0.1 miles away that doesn't see or hear the train at all (as an example or a flaw that made a house I did in Natick a couple years ago more difficult to sell than I expected).
