You don't need to pay for a network.

I'm also growing a network of potential partners and investors, and will likely turn to them if that ceiling continues proving to be problematic - and will do so for larger properties even if I'm able to break through the ceiling on my own.

I think the greatest take away for me is to be Focused on what you want and Networking is your greatest tool (and my weakest skill). 

I was thinking it would be nice to start a small network group and possibly exchange some deals!

Tools like Zillow, Realtor.com, or even BP’s calculators can help, but working with a local realtor or appraiser gives you an edge.Also, networking with contractors for ballpark rehab estimates and walking properties with them is invaluable.

So here I am, just got my Real Estate License and want to start investing next year in both rental properties and flippers so I am here to get advice, network and try to figure how all this works.

You can meet and network with local house-flippers, wholesalers, real estate investors, real estate portfolio owners, etc.
