There is no explanation, cost sheets, whatever.No one gets a breakdown of gas prices, toll fares, FDA inspections, water costs, tax rates, and all of that when the cost of hamburger goes up.

We'd also be hooking up natural gas which means some extra plumbing. 

I'm looking for a budget number to connect to city water & sewer, and gas for a new build in Minneapolis, a vacant lot that has not had utilities before. 

Right now we have low interest rates, low unemployment, low gas prices, low everything that we hope stays low.
