one caused a water leak that the tenant completely ignored, and I didn't find out about either toilet until the move out inspection.I like the idea of adding "stability bars" where possible to ease the load a toilet can take (sorry for the pun.. just had to)..

Heck we even have a local branch manager that has helped us with escrow issues.Brian I am not wanting an argument on sub to (we are way past that), I would like someone who might understand the backside of lending(no pun intended) and could explain the benifit of ever calling a loan.

Money has value (no pun intended) and buying real estate is putting equity in the walls, so it's a transfer of your assets (supposed to be) not a purchase like buying consumable goods.
