I spent a lot of time to find the locks and now need manufacture to come out to install the lock5.

They range from tasty to certain death. 

They built a few more in the Silicon forest.. but from my talks with the long range planner they dont want anymore of them.. they want facilities that will employee more folks.

We have areas where you can invest in homes in the $100k-$200k range and then stuff in the $1,000,000 range pretty easily in California.I work with a lot of international investors, and happy to help where I can.

We have spent a good chunk of our lives building up this portfolio, so I am being extra cautious with numbers as you can expect.Our rents are generally in the $1,400 to $2,000 a month range, and the street value is probably between $230k and $300k for the SFHs.

One of my STRs was in an old area that had always been very lower middle class, manufactured homes scattered throughout.

Most are in the 1 to 10  million net worth range.
