@Jonah Rupe you already know enough people to find private investors in your own network.You just don't know how much money they have, and you haven't established any credibility with them so they would loan money to you.

The prices of established cabins are very high in this market and I am exploring the build route.Appreciate if anyone have experience here in buying land and getting a cabin built?

I feel like it may be good to also establish a relationship with a lender to streamline future projects.

The reason for the 85-90% requisite is because I have to add the price of a vacant lot to the 2nd property's build cost.
