Get it on letterhead that includes the following items at a minimum:  proof of spay/neuter, sex, breed, shots, vaccinations, county of registration, age, height, weight and colorProof of annual pet license.

Hard money lenders will lend sometimes without doing a credit check or don't put much weight on it.

The only sector I would touch right now as investment would be dollar cost averaging an equally weighted S&P etf and that would be months from today.

If the document he or the seller used is not part of the AOS then what I mentioned holds less weight.
