Based on your statement, that "client" would be better served by a phone duty agent who had nothing better to do than do CMAs on their laptop?  

Maybe you'll find somebody who will Zoom you on their laptop so you can talk with some of the members face-to-face.

This past summer I was on vacation in the mountains and the wifi in my log cabin stunk, luckily I had downloaded PDA NET on my droid and laptop.

Once I used my laptop, it listed and stayed (I just checked).
